Speedy Stroganoff

Another great and simple recipe. I made this for dinner last night and my family LOVED it!!

1 lb ground beef
1 diced onion
2 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
10-3/4 oz can of mushroom soup
16-oz container sour cream
cooked egg noodles

In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion; drain. Add paprika, salt and pepper, stirring in thoroughly. Reduce heat to medium-low; blend in soup and heat through. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.

Serves 4
