Our house is under contract - Chapter 2 & 3

 CHAPTER 2 = HOME INSPECTION

The inspection of our home went "well". There were only a few minor things that were found and our realtor said that we don't need to worry about them. We still have not received the "official report" and I'm anxious to see what the minor things were. We did find out that a pipe in the basement had a very slow drip but so far that is all that we know. We are still waiting on the results from the Radon Test and also from the Water Test.

CHAPTER 3 = THE BANKS

I don't know if I should actually label this as being Chapter 3 or if I should go back to Chapter 1 but we are waiting again! And yes, I still dislike it!

We are now waiting for our mortgage process to be completed and also the buyers mortgage process to be completed. As of right now it still looks like May 15 is the "big move day" :)
