Our house in under contract - Chapter 1

If you have checked out my bucket list then you know one of the items on it is to sell our house!! Well it just went under contract!!!! After only ONE WEEK being listed with a Realtor!!!! Now on to the fun things - or the not so fun things.

CHAPTER ONE = YOU WAIT
  • We wait for the buyers to secure their mortgage
  • We wait for the appraisal
  • We wait for the home inspection
  • We wait on our mortgage
  • We wait for closing
HAVE I EVER MENTIONED HOW MUCH I HATE TO WAIT??!!  This process is almost as stressful as adding a new baby to the family - in fact, I think I would rather add a baby to the family than go through this process one more time!!! I swore after the last time we moved - "I will never move again". Well here we are......MOVING!!!! This house no longer suits our needs or our wants! And I can't wait to move forward from here....as long as I don't have to wait too long!
