I woke up the other morning (alright, it was about a month ago - I told you I've been behind) to find this in the refrigerator:
That would be the cheese and the sausage that my husband had been snacking on the night before. I should start out by saying that it was in the refrigerator and not on the counter, so we are getting closer to things "being done the way Mom would do it". I nicely and without comment covered the items back up and sealed them so they would last longer. I'm learning things along the way - I'm learning that sometimes it is just easier (and more peaceful) to do things the right way and to not mention that they were done wrong in the first place. I just hope he doesn't read this Blog entry :) Have a good day!!

It's taking me a awhile to learn this lesson - but this was a nice reminder for me! Love my hubby, but this is TOTALLY something he'd do! Smiles!

That sounds like my husband and my son...it is hard to remember the idea of just doing it right yourself but loved reading that it is not just me
