Egg Recipes!!! I need help!!
I saw this on a new "chicken farmer" friends blog and I hope she doesn't mind that I'm stealing it!! With 10 chickens I could be looking at 10 eggs at day - that is 70 eggs a week or possibly 240 eggs a MONTH!!!! So lets start a collection of recipes using multiple eggs - like 4 or more!!!! Send me your favorites!!!! How many recipes do you think we could get in a year??

LOL - I made lemon bars the other day and they had 4 eggs in them!
Hey Erica,
I love salmon quiche - the recipe says 3 eggs but you can put more! http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals/recipe/8020
I'm following you from http://365daysofgoodsd.blogspot.com/ Hope you'll follow back!
Hi, stopping by via FTLOB and wanted to say thanks for the comment about me being featured! I really like your blog and am now following you! FYI: Creme brulee is a great and easy to make recipe and uses eggs! Good luck!
Do you like eggnog? My fiancé and I followed an eggnog recipe from Alton Brown who hosts 'Good Eats' on the Food Network - it was so good!!
Have you thought about selling some of them?
I have thought about selling them - in fact, that would be a nice way to offset the feed and bedding costs.
I live in a rural area, and I know folks around here love fresh eggs! I'm not sure how you would about finding a market for them. Maybe some flyers and word of mouth to start!
